This 1997 photo was taken in London's Regent's Park, one of many beautiful parks in Britain. With so many lovely places in towns and in the countryside, it is no wonder the English love to walk! I had a friend years ago whose mother was born in England. He used to say that the feeling of well-being that you experienced there was due to the positive ions in the air. Whatever the reason, the good feeling is very real, particularly when walking in beautiful outdoor surroundings like this.
