In the photos taken in Bath, England in 1984 are from top to bottom the Pump Room, Bath Abbey and the Assembly Rooms. We spent two or three days in Bath and thoroughly enjoyed walking everywhere in the town enjoying its special atmosphere.
This circle of 30 houses, photographed in 1984, is a very famous example of 18th Century innovation in British architecture. It was planned and developed by the Prince Regent, hence its name, the Royal Crescent. The architect was John Wood the Younger.
A visit to these Roman baths will make it easy to imagine what one very important feature of life in ancient Rome was like. The photo was taken in 1997 when my husband Paul, my son Jason and I had a holiday in England, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
